paper shelters challange is for elves and faires,which is good as this was the card i never got to enter in last weeks challange.

the image is one from the mushroom set-the pink embossed flower and dragonfly doesnt seem to show to well as its a subtle pink i used

i have used the new Capt.Locke image and kept to brownand pink theme-every thing i have used as embellishements are from scrap pieces of card stock as with the backing papers.

i found an old belt that has chains feathers and coins on and i have decided to dis mantle it and make use of the these as embelishments

i have used promarkers to colour in with a slight hint of spica pink on the buckles and glasses

hi this weeks challange i have used 'cheynne' and used a pink / lilac theme

the pink tones are from 'my minds eye' and the black and white from my stash

i have used both copics and promarkers to colour her in.

instead of gems centrered in my flowers i used sequins and a little brad for a change - the unusual ribbon was from my stash

Hi folks-what a week i just don't seem to be getting anything done atall.

mind you i am looking after a new dog we have as she was abandoned -we have to wait two more weeks to see if she has been claimed[apparently the government law states the dog wardenhas to advise new potential new owners that they are on a trial of one month fo rthe previous owner to turn up-for me if they dont report the dog within 24/48 as missing they don't deserve it....

rant over.

here she is [the card ] bodilicious in a sexy red corset highlighted in spica gltter pens-boots and gloves and the rest of the image has been coloured using promarkers,i have embossed the blue cardstock with musical note as i think she could have a certain caberet charm about her.

all the embelishments and papers are from my stash

promarkers have been my colouring weapons,backing papers are a freebie i have had for a while as with the flag,all embelishments are from my stash-and to ive the car a glass look window i have just used a glaze

I don't know why but i am going no where fast this week....my son seems to spend more time doing VB projects on the computer ;yet at the same time he is leaving a trail of chaos behind him more so than ever.[i am sure he has hired invisable gremlins ]

as for card challanges, i seem to be missing them all -i keep writing new lists and thats as far as it appears to be going.

anyone other bloggers having one of those weeks.

[need to put the shopping away and i dont have the desire to do anything ,me just want to curl up and be hugged]

this week at Papertake their challange is for Fathers day/man in your life card challange.

I have chossed Kenny K 'rockdude' and kept the colour scheme to purples.

all card stock and paper from my stash though i think the the circled paper is from papermania

i have coloured him in using copics and promarkers-if the picture shows it the guitar has been coloured in promarker yellow and gold then i have gone over it in copics spica.

Hi all ....

if you are experiencing uploading images onto a slide show for blogger [ididit] yes after days and hours of persevering i have managed to work out how it is done, i live in the UK soi dont know if it works else where but if youwish to email me i will give you the run downon how i did it-as it mayseem long winded for a blog.

again i am happy----at least i can modifiy it now i know how i got it there in the first place,

for this weeks challange i have gone manly-not me personnally.

i have used chico's chopper from kenny k,backing paper from my new K and co paper pack [map] and inked it for an aged look-other paper behind main image is from cannon creative park.

i hav ecoloured my image in using promarkers and little glittery high lights on the darker areas by using copics spca range

I know i'm a bit late again ;friday night [just] and i i have just finished my card took three days;ok so i wqs side tracked to say the least week!!

I have added a little blue infusion based on the 'something blue' part of the wedding -

i have coloured the young bride to be in pro markers and the hint of blue copics-i'm not sure of the papers as i have misplaced the front cover to the pack-but i love the subtle vintage style to them
the large scalloped circle has been cut from the cricut and the smaller one using Fiskas circle punch
embelsishments from stash and hand made flowers again scraps of paper from the bottoms of letters.

here is my entry to Allsorts for the guest designer challange-as being as i havent dome any animals for a while;nor used this stamp nefore i thought i would giev it a whirl.

I have used co ordinationg papers fro 'minds eye', promarkers for the image distressed the papers and swirls with various 'brilliance ' inks pads.

The flowers are from my made out of scrap collection, gems and brads from my stash

i am entering this card for the allsorts challange.

The theme is white ,so i have used one of Kenny K's new wedding themed images and gave her a hint of blue topped her on white deccled card which is then matted onto white embossed card stock this was mounted onto a piece of handmade paper with aslight hint of pinky red flowers showing through.

i have die cut a heart and flourishes from the cricut and embelished using prima white flowers [though now they seem to appear off white!]

and simple but effective lace trims and flower lace trims to add a little luxury

heres my card entry for papershelters 'Dad' challange

i have used their 'just coming' image, and coloured it using promarkers

embossed red card stock using tim Holtz 'bark' folder,then embelished with flowers from my hand made stash the gems and pearls are from the ever increasing stash collection[i am trying not to keep buying more!!!!!-honestly]

and the sentiment is one i thought appropriate.

-for some reason the card looks bent at the corners??? can't figure that one out

Morning all, its nice and blowy round here today.

last night i ws up untill 05.30 this morning ;sunday 05june..due tolosey tooth ache :-(

the only thing good about that was i have created a website selling my digi doodles i have been doing for myself ,i would like it if you could take a look and leave me some feed back .

Hi all.......................i am so cream crackered the house seems a constant mess ,i 'm constantly throwing cr## out ...yet it seems to be breeding.[rant done with]

this weeks Kenny K challange involves floral/flowers as does 'aspoonfulofsugar' and 'Papertake' challange is a sketch which fits this card perfect-in fact i hav emy nione year old son who spoted the likeness of my card to the sketch so thanks to him i wil add it to papertake also

i have used black scrap card stock from inbetween papers matted it with an embossed burgandy co ordination card stock

another burgundy with gold swirls from stash again matted on the same black card as main background.

ribbbon's from poundland-roses are from old scrap red paper slightly inked in black swirls from Accent essentials [cricut]

and last but least promarkers for colouring

ok card doesnt want to load-see if i have better luckin a few minutes time....

about the card - i have used 'afriend in need' digi image

coloured him using promarkers....and i was determined to use scraps from previous projects..i kept the backing paper green to go with his shell-matted him on a glossy black card[which was a backing piece of card for other card stock].

cut offs of sheer green ribbon, and embellished using flowers ;again made by using scrap paper left overs..

[ no trying to re load card to 'crafty creations'before entry time closes;not happy about site not loading:-(]

yeahhhh- may get it entered in time after all-not bad after six attempts!!!!

this card was meant to be a pink and blue theme-the blue ink onthe butterfly seemed to dry a purple'y colour :-(

i have have coloured Kenny K image in using promarkers and die cut her out using Nellie seddon circles,and chalked the edges in pink and blue -though it soesnt seem to show on the photo.

the backing paper is from Minds eye celebration -and embelished using a selection of blue and pink pearls from 'works' and the flowers i made using scraps of paper .

i am entering her into two challanges

this will be the first time i have entered this challange.....loved this image from papershelter.

coloured in using promarkers and copics [ spica pens are mynew toy i brought the other day] i have matted and layered him onto both black card stock and a purple Lizard effect paper from a bargain buy at 'Boyes' last year...loved the scales and new it would come in handy for the right card

the purple daisys are from a ribbon roll from QVC and just cut intoindividuals centrered with white pearls,black card candy and a plain satin bow

i kinda lost my mojo when i was doing this card [due to a stinking headache]-i'm not happy with it but given the effort i put into making the roses i shall enter it on that basis alone....]

i used a free image of a baby in a bath....i wanted to keep it to a gentle pink theme by colouring in using promarkers, and just using pink card stock as backround layering... i kept embelishment simple using card cany in co ordinating pink and blue to go with the bubbles

This is my take on this weeks challange-i wasn't sure i could make this week as i was limited [as i am sure thatwas the whole idea,to stretchhhh the imagination]

i have used 'Queens cutie' image and shaded in using warm grey1 in promarkers as with her hair which was a ginger

i have mounted her onto aan embossed topper and die cut the oval shape aroung the image.-[which just fitted as i hadnt measured and i fell lucky with the printed size.

the flowers i made using scraps of printer paper,the leaf is from a cricut cartridge and the ribbon at a bargain from 'the works' at only a pound......wanted more ;but that was the last one[umphhh]

i did it.....

i have used a freebie stamp from Tiddlyinks,and kept the card quiet simple by using scraps of card and paper from previous projects.[my aim to use my surlus stash of cut offs and left overs on challanges!!!!! we will see how i go on that one]

coloured him in promarks in warm greys,and used a deep brown brilliance ink pad for the ditressing look-the sentiment is one i just typed in at the bottom of the card stock when printing my stamps [great way of utilising as much paper]
