I have decided to enter Kenny K's challange for guest designer...this is the card i am entering with-i have used Bodacious image and coloured her in using pro markers.

i decided to keep the background simple due to the strong red colours.

i created the dies around the flowers from a cricut cartridge and made the flowers myself using medium sized flower punchand tinted the edges using a re ink pad

anything goes

Stampsomethings challange, was an ideal chance to digout a set of stamps i hadnt use before, this was a set with an Indian theme.

i set out with an a5 red card and aged the ages in sapphire blue distress inks and an image on the zyron runner was placed across the base of the card-the wording was from a piece of backing paper from a mans collection[Dovecraft;i think??]

i then stamped the wording script onto what was an old brown filing folder againg stamped and aged in the same distressing ink, backed onto an aged backing paperstock from my stash

the tag-again same folder paper and iks and a paisley image from the stamp set-embelished withthe left overs from a circle die that i had previously used

an old button and gems aswell as ribbons from stash

diecut and punches

this card i am entering into two challanges for using 'die cuts and punches'- i have used a Kenny k image and mounted her onto die cut toppers using my cricut machine,then embossed the

toppers and lightly inked the top with contrasting red to tie in with the boots and ribbon,

the swirl is also a die taken from the 'Pink journey' cassette from the cricut- iused green card sock then over inked in the same red ink as the other topper and finished off with flowers gms from stash

i have used pollycraft's Maurice -say cheese , image and kept it pretty basic-
the backing card is what my gems came packed in,and i thought this would be ideal as the little white images can be used as stars or in this case camera flashes

-i have also used Tim Holtz film strip die and just backed with some doodles on white card as what 'maurice ' has snapped earlier!

then simply topped with a greeting from my stash as with the ribbon [ i have done a bow within a bow, and i'm not quiet sure it shows on the photo]

pink and brown

this weeks challange is , as it says 'pink and brown'.....i have used my poly craft image 'swinging friends' coloured her using in shades of pink and brown shoes topped onto brown filing holder [all for recycling-wastenot want not] it doesnt show up on the image but i have tinged the edges in pink ink -topped onto a deep pink ulberry paper agin backed by the same brown filing card...

embelished with a brown spot chiffon ribbon and card candy /gems/flower all from my stash-ohh a Tim Holtz ,swirl die

sketch and stash

this challange was all about using your stash following a sketch;

i have used a digi image [which i have stashed away without a title!!!]

used a scrap piece of paper from, papermania-punched a arched border again from a scrap of yellow card-used some flowers i had cut from a tim Holts die,chalked them in contrasting yellow and orange...and embellished with card candy and gems from my stash with a little rafia bow,oh and coloured my image with promarkers
